thanksgiving leftovers 🤝 grilled cheese. made even better with toasty therustikoven sourdough bread. these slices of bread taste like a delicious combination of sourdough bread and the texture of brioche - SO GOOD. here’s how i made the sandwich: 

slices of therustikoven 
softened butter 
cranberry sauce 
Dijon mustard 
slices of brie 
leftover turkey or chicken 
handful of spinach 

smear the outside slices of therustikoven with softened butter. flip them over and add cranberry sauce to one slice. and Dijon mustard to the other side. add slices of brie to one side of the bread. top it with turkey and a handful of spinach. 

place a skillet over medium-low heat. add the sandwich to the skillet and cook on both sides for about 2 minutes, until the bread is golden brown. slice in half and enjoy.
