There's been a 400% increase in online Islamaphobic and antisemitic threats since Oct. 7, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul said at a news conference Tuesday. In response, Hochul is putting threat assessments in place to monitor social media and is beefing up security ahead of Thanksgiving.
