Grinchmas Cocoa Bomb Tutorial! 🍫

Here is a longer breakdown of how to make grinch cocoa bombs, with all my tips for success! 

Ingredients-
-Ghirardelli white chocolate wafers
-Colourmill lime and yellow food coloring (oil based)
-hot chocolate powder
-mini marshmallows 
-heart sprinkles
-Fancy Sprinkles edible glitter 
-hot milk

Melt the white chocolate wafers in the microwave for 30 second bursts, stirring in between (1-1 1/2 min total)
Add two parts green and one part yellow food coloring, then mix until well combined.

Pour about a tbsp of chocolate into each cavity of your mold, and spread all the way up to the edges until fully coated. Place into the fridge to set, then repeat this step with second coat of chocolate, paying special attention to the edges. They will need to be intact to peel out without breaking.

Gently remove the chocolate from the mold by pushing up from underneath. Rub the edges of half the shells on a hot plate, then set into cupcake liners to fill.

Add hot chocolate powder and mini marshmallows to the shells inside the cupcake liners, then rub the remaining shells on the hot plate to melt. Attach to the filled shells- the melted chocolate should act like glue to stick them together to form a sphere.

Add a drizzle of melted chocolate, sprinkles, and a spritz of glitter.

Melt in a mug of hot milk when you’re ready! (Make sure the milk is hot enough to form a skin before adding your cocoa bomb!)
