Through an audience analysis you should assess their:
 
- Demographics: What is the age, location, education level and occupation composition of your audience?
- Needs and expectations: What problem can you solve for your audience? What information are they seeking?
- Level of expertise: What is your audience’s prior knowledge about the topic?
- Preferred communication channels: Does your audience prefer to receive content through email, a webinar, video or other platform? 
- Cultural differences: Could any language or visuals be misinterpreted? 
- Visual and design preferences: Do they prefer data-heavy content? Or more visual elements? 

An audience analysis is an ongoing process, and your understanding of your audience may evolve over time. By keeping up with this knowledge, you can adjust your content accordingly, and make your communication more relatable and persuasive.
