What is it about our love for bookshops? There are barely any independent ones left yet in a survey of 2000 Brits, a bookshop came out top as a dream business venture. The other top two small businesses Brits dream of opening? A café, and a fashion boutique! 

This poll also found that 2 in five would like to start their own business.  84% of them admire those who have started up their own independent business.
