My challenge is balancing the two jobs that being a business owner brings with it: The job of providing our service to you and the job of running and growing my own business. ⠀

The latter usually takes a back seat. It's hard to prioritise the work your own business' needs when you're focussing solely on attending to your customers' needs. ⠀

But it's an important aspect of running a company.  This year, I plan to put a little more time aside to deal with my business plans and focus on KCA's growth.⠀
