These are the times I realise how lucky I am. 
Being around for my kids was the big reason behind my decision to set up KCA.  We all have lives outside of our work and running my own business means I can be flexible with my hours and spend as much time as possible with my boys.  Being able to support my wife and spend time with the boys in the school holidays is a key part of this. 
Plus, working in these surroundings! No complaints here. A scooter along #chalkwellbeach and then a pitstop at  @saltwaterbeachcafe made for a perfect afternoon. 
Setting up and managing a business is a challenge but if it allows you to spend time on your priorities then it has to be worth it.
