basically just throw everything in the mixer and be prepared to have the best pecan pie INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup white sugar 1 cup dark karo Dash of salt 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp melted butter 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans Halved candied walnuts (for topping) 1.5 tbsp flour 1 pie crust 1 egg for wash on the crust DIRECTIONS: 1. In an electric mixer, combine all of the ingredients except the flour. 2. Once the ingredients are well combined, gradually mix in 1.5 tbsp flour. 3. Roll out the pie crust and add to a greased pie pan. Pour in the pie filling. 4. Fold the edges of the pie crust over and brush egg wash onto the crust. 5.
