Join us in celebrating our local small businesses, the heartbeat of our community, in honor of #SmallBusinessSaturday! 🎉

We're lucky enough to work with so many local businesses in the DC-area that have helped strengthen our communities through their growth.

Hive Hospitality (Griffin Group), who we've been partnered with for nearly 10 years, is a prime example of small business success making waves. 🙌

When they initially came to us many years ago, we provided a loan to complete a build out of a nightclub.

They have since thrived, opening a series of coffee shops and restaurants, including @brescadc, a Michelin star restaurant that is based where the nightclub was that we originally financed!

It's been an honor to watch them grow and play a small role in their sustained success. 🦅
