Just a reminder ❤️COMPLAINTS ARE GOOD they are an opportunity to learn and grow and a stylist but as a human as well!! I used to be terrified of getting a complaint UNTIL I REALIZED ..omg this person is giving me another chance to make them happy and grow as a stylists. I honestly this I am where I am because of any complaint I have ever received.
