## Caption

Today we honor one of our fallen Special Tactics brothers, SSgt Dylan Elchin, a combat controller who was killed in action, Nov. 27th, 2018 when his team's vehicle encountered an IED in Afghanistan. Elchin, described as driven and mature beyond his years, had been embedded with a U.S. Army SOF Operational Detachment-Alpha team during that deployment.
