These women are redefining the status quo In a male-dominated industry. “We have a different thought process and we asses risk differently. We’ve come a long way since I started 10 years ago, but I think we have a long way to go.”  

Snowmakers are a huge reason why we can ski early in the fall and late in the spring. We are so thankful for all the teams working around the clock on our mountains.
