## Caption

Texas A&M found their guy.

Mike Elko is a perfect fit in College Station.

Elko is a program builder. A defensive mastermind. A players coach.

I sat down with Coach Elko this summer to talk about his coaching journey, how he builds a program, the state of CFB and what drives him every day.

There’s a lot of work to be done at Texas A&M, but for now, Aggie fans can celebrate knowing they have the right man in charge.
