We’re in the kitchen this holiday season with Jillian Barreca 👩‍🍳

Bright pink beet-pickled eggs are the star of this festive snacking board, inspired by the German concept of Abendbrot which is a simple dinner of cold cuts, cheese and bread. Soleier (pickled eggs) are a popular, old school bar snack in Germany.

jillian.barreca hands it off to chefdwightsmith for next week’s #GlobalGatherings.
