The Grievance Committee has released its decision, reversing the previous grievance granted to Coleby Payne. The rulling allows Tyler Worley to compete as the 15th qualifier in the heeler category for the 2023 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo presented by Teton Ridge, Dec. 7-16 in Las Vegas.
