Sharing miles with my amazing @centralparktc teammate Alan Ruben in his 35th successive NYC with a quick fly by from Casey Yamazaki in his 34th in a row! #centralparktc 

Much needed hugs, shout-outs, signs, a perfect coca-cola handoff from 🏈@judithann on course. Videos including the TV coverage motorbike crew captured by @theokphotos  and the @boogiedownbronxrunners @jaimahogany brought it late to recharge ⚡️my batteries🔋 📸 @mollyrosebyrnes @see_doc_run @landsharkendurance 

I faced so many challenges and doubts on this year-long quest. After saying goodbye to Princess Coco just two days before Boston and running BOS/LON 6 days apart on a stress fractured knee because I told her I would get it done for her! I leaned on that promise to rehab hard and stay focused on the goal, and fueled on the tremendous support I receive here on IG and out there on the journey 🌎 🏃🏻‍♂️ To all the #mastersrunners we can still do hard things! Thank you ALL for being part of a WIN for Team #stayinthefight
