Huge Congratulations to Banana Slug Alumn Leo Merle for capturing the 1,500m T38 Gold Medal at the Parapan American Games this Summer. Leo ran for Banana Slugs from 2016-2020 and his continued to excel post graduation. Coming off a 4th place Finish at the 2023 Para Athletics World Championships this summer, Leo picked up his first International Medal! Follow the link in our Bio for the whole story.
