The other day a prospective client asked me the best question ever.

“What are you looking for in your BEST clients?”

I nearly fell off my seat.

She had completely flipped the script and in a millisecond was demonstrating that if she knew what makes a BRILLIANT client for me perhaps she can evaluate whether she has those skills now...

OR

Even the potential for them.

It was genius. Pure genius.

And demonstrated that she understood the symbiotic relationship of a client and coach.

I’m getting a bit of a reputation in elite coaching for being fussy who I take on as a client.

But honestly I ABSOLUTELY refuse to work with you UNLESS I think I can get you in the media.

I’m far too driven by media wins which is why with only a small number of clients this year we achieved 53 media wins between us.

And I’m not talking tiny quotes here by a “contributor.”

I’m talking 4 page articles, 6 page articles, interviews by reputation-enhancing journalist who are choosing to back you because you’re working with me.

There are too many scam artists in this industry full of BS promises.

I come from background of working on $569mil company transformation deals for respectable clients like Unilever, Deutsche Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, British Airways.

Reputation matters far too much to me than a quick buck.
