Chris “SlowMo” Costello.

A legendary photographer/ HoopBus pioneer. A bright star, Unapologetically raw and uncut, he captured and inspired moments that spoke 1,000 words. Yet, behind every viral image was a soul devoted to others, a loyal friend who selflessly placed everyone before himself.

SlowMo one of the realest ones, one who elevated our spirits and the whole production everywhere we went. From touring through deserts, to China, Mexico, the Philippines and everything in between, he always gave his everything. From building courts everywhere, to editing all night, he always took the time to pause and celebrate! Also the life of the after party he always made sure everyone had a good time at all time! 

In the hustle of life, Chris stood as a testament to dedication and authenticity. A generational talent who walked with humility, he reminded us that art, friendship, and generosity could coexist seamlessly.

As we navigate a world now a bit dimmer without his presence we look into the stars and carry torch of his spirit. In his honor, we will continue to create, to love, and to selflessly invest in one another – just as Chris did. In the gallery of our memories, he remains a permanent exhibition, a masterpiece we were fortunate enough to know.

SlowMo came here to remind us to not sweat the small stuff and live our life’s to the fullest 📸 🕊️
