I have adapted the Carnivore Lifestyle!

I am well aware this is an extreme way of living but the benefits I’ve experienced make it easy to stay focused and motivated to continue.

I do still treat myself to a small sweet treat here and there like dark chocolate covered nuts and it curbs the sweet craving.

I’ve noticed MANY of my pcos symptoms subside. I was sleeping better, I had more energy, my mood was better, I was way more consistent with my workouts, my complexion improved, my inflammation was gone, I mean the list goes on.

If you suffer from any kind of autoimmune disease, psoriasis, chronic inflammation, gum disease, etc etc this is a wonderful solution to help improve your symptoms.

It is a commitment for sure, a complete lifestyle change. I truly didn’t expect to even last this long but the benefits have been extreme for me. 

I also have found that I am eating less throughout the day, but staying full much longer from the high protein and healthy fats. 

Before trying any kind of drastic change to your diet and health, I highly recommend speaking to your health professional, especially if you suffer from certain diseases or chronic health issues.
