Truly crazy to think that this is the same person!

Shortly after Christmas last year I really kicked my weight loss and health journey into high gear. 

Its been almost a whole year of solid work, minus some time off for gallbladder surgery.

I promise it can be done. Even with insulin resistant PCOS.

And I’m not even done yet!
