Hissah Bin Zuayer, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, PMP, PfMP, nurtures budding project talent by coordinating education and mentoring opportunities across Saudi Telecom Co.—and beyond. “I want to help build our nation and next generation in project management.” 

Từ Đăng Khoa, PMI-ACP, PMP, leads a vibrant virtual community of project professionals in the Facebook group he created. Four years in, it now boasts over 21,000 members. He has also organized workshops to help upskill project professionals in Vietnam. The goal? “Share and innovate together.”

Taras Fedoruk, PMP, is on a mission to deliver project management knowledge to war-torn Ukraine. He’s trained more than 1,000 people, is an uber-active mentor and chapter volunteer—and helped translate the latest edition of the PMBOK Guide into Ukrainian.

Manuel Praia, CAPM, founded a website for project professionals in Angola to share news, build knowledge, and join in the kind of lively discussions that fuel next-gen thinking. “There’s a lack of confidence, but young project leaders can overcome this by surrounding themselves with mentors and learning from their experiences,” he says.
