Huge shoutout to Graham Betchart and Coach Packie for leading our first ever Mental Skills Camp! The camp was a success and we appreciate all of the athletes and parents who came in to learn more about mental skills and how we can use them to benefit our game on and off the court. We spoke to a few of the parents who attended the mental skills camp and got their input on what they learned and how they will apply these skills!
