I used to give up whenever things got a little bit tough.

School? Gave up. 

Sport? Gave up. 

Anything that would have benefited me in the long run I just gave up. 

That all changed when one day I walked into the gym as a skinny, spotty and insecure teenager. 

It may sound a bit cliche to many of you but the gym truly changed the direction my life was on. 

It gave me something that I actually knew I was getting better at and started to impact everything around me in a positive way. 

It can completely change your life too, you just need to take the leap. 👊
