DEKA STRONG Male Teams - 9:02 - World Champions 🏆

The fastest and most brutal DEKA event is DEKA STRONG Teams. Race strategy, execution, and the willingness to go extremely dark are the only things that really matter. With the entire podium separated by 7 seconds, we had to sell out. It was beyond worth all the suffering. 

Huge shoutout to adam_hawes & tiger_geiger1 and spartanstamina & goodman1494 for the most epic showdown that came down to a single burpee. Competing along side you gents was electric. You guys are animals!! 

The biggest thank you to bubblestheclowne for believing in me to be your partner. You had more confidence in me than I did myself. Your composure kept me calm. I appreciate you beyond explanation. You are a superhuman. We are World Champions!! It is an honor to share the podium & title with you. This is a race I will never forget. 

This weekend was another one for the books. My second DEKA World Championship and second year earning the Silver Triple Crown*. 4 races, 3 days, 2 World Champion titles, 2 silver medals, 1 happy dude. Dallas did not dissapoint. 
*Qualifying, competing, and getting on the podium in all three individual disciplines.

I am incredibly blessed to be surrounded by people who love and care about me. The ones who push me to better myself as a person and athlete every day. I could go on astronomical tangents about how each one of you individually impact my life but i'll keep it short & sweet. Without you all, none of this would be possible. I try my best to express my gratitude for you all regularly but incase I have not recently, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
