There’s a new chicken spot on the block. Right next to topgolf in Meridian to be exact. Houston Hot Chicken 🐓 is a fast casual chicken spot that won’t disappoint. The chicken is made and seasoned to order and you can go from no spice all the way to a scoville heat unit measurement of 2 million! 🌶️

You can get a chicken sandwich, strips, a bowl with french fries or even get your chicken on a delicious salad. Whatever you do, make sure and try all of their housemade sauces. Their house sauce recipe will have me coming back for more, for sure.
