Meet Carrie Donaghy 👩‍💼

Carrie is the Legal Director, Compliance Officer and Company Secretary at mercedesamgf1. She is responsible for the overall legal and compliance functions for Formula 1 and Applied Science, providing legal expertise to all areas of the business, including the commercial operations and the sporting and technical areas. 

Carrie initially joined the team in 2013 as an intern and made history as the first Trainee Solicitor in a Formula 1 Team. Over the course of a decade, she has progressed to the role of Legal Director. She plays a crucial role in negotiating contracts for numerous drivers and provides strategic legal advice to the top-level management 🏎️⚖️📊
