In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients plus the seasonings and herbs - mayo, dijon, woreshire, old bay, garlic powder, 1 egg, dill. Drain the crab meat from the can and then mix it in with the wet ingredients. 2. In a food processor or blender, add a sleeve of ritz crackers and blend. Add in ¼ cup ritz crackers to the wet crab mixture. Form into small patty cakes and then freeze for a few hours. 3. Once the crab cakes have hardened, roll them in egg wash and then roll the crab cakes in the ritz crackers crumbs. 4. In a saucepan, heat up 1 cup avocado oil on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the breaded crab cakes and flip them once the bottom side has browned. Once the crab cakes are fully cooked and crispy, remove from the pan and pat dry with a paper towel. 5. Add the lemon dill aioli to a serving platter, then add the crab cakes. Top off with some fresh dill, capers, and a lemon wedge or two on the side.
