Congratulations to senior Thais Quiroga of La Paz, Bolivia! She was one of 11 students in the world selected as a finalist for the Rhodes Global Scholarship. Two winners were recently named after interviews in Oxford, England. Last year, Thais studied philosophy, politics, and economics at Mansfield College, University of Oxford, and won the Visiting Student Prize for outstanding academic performance.
