mood: idk but I’ll try it 🤷🏻‍♀️

tried the truBody flex treatment which uses innovative technology to target muscle simulation. it’s non-invasive and has up to 54,000 contractions per session to tone and firm muscle. I only did one treatment, and it does have that contraction feeling of when you do crunches except you’re just sitting down and chillin 😂. as I learned more, the con is that you have to consistently get these treatments (at least 4 to see results). what do you guys think?? 🤔
