Britni Ricard (1bee_marie), CEO of beauty brand cota_skin, had a heartwarming surprise for the residents of an apartment complex that she owns in New Orleans.

At a gathering within the building, Ricard revealed that she would be gifting everyone with a free month of rent and announced her plan to create a homeownership educational seminar for people interested in purchasing their own home.

“I’m so grateful to God for putting me in the position to be able to give back. Gifting my tenants with FREE RENT is something I’ve always wanted to do,” said Ricard in the video’s caption ❤️
