My mom helps me film all of my YouTube workouts—calling out every exercise, providing proper time cues, handling the camera, and offering encouragement. I couldn’t do it without her! 🙌 On top of that, she moves her body throughout the whole process! If this isn’t motivation enough, I don’t know what is! 💪
