## Caption

Kai Salmon (kaisalmon_goalie) and Gavin Covrig (covrig40) working on hand projection in a net drive scenario. Focal point of driving down through the shoulder for projection and not just extending the hand. This allows the shoulders to stay overtop and the pelvis to remain pushed forward.
