Join us on the Westside of Chicago at buildchicago for our Kick Off Class day for Men's  Health and for all community members tomorrow for Circuit Training/Bootcamp Pop Up Class and Men's Health Workshop!

When: Saturday, 12/16/23

Time: Class starts at 9am-10am CST, workshop immediately after the class!

What to bring: Water, towel, a mat if you have one but not required and Gymshoes😁

Is this open to all ages and abilities: Yes all are welcome!

Is there a fee: No, This class and workshop is absolutely free to attend

Can I register onsite: Yes simply come and register onsite at the front desk

Parking: Free off-street parking and parking lot!

Participants will get to ask for fitness and wellness tips from our GTAF Instructor Specialist Team!
