2024 is right around the corner and while this year flew by, we’re ready for the excitement of a new year! #AD Speaking of new things, @Torani has released their 2024 flavor of the year—Torani Puremade Galaxy Syrup. This pretty purple hued flavor syrup captures the naturally tart and sweet taste of raspberries complemented by warm vanilla, nutmeg, and hints of rum. It is so delicious and is perfect for sodas, cold brews, lattes, and mocktails.

Since we love cold brew coffee, we decided to make a Galaxy Cold Brew topped with vanilla cold foam and raspberry. This drink was out of this world good and had us smacking our lips for more! Want to make this Galaxy Cold Brew? You’ll need the following for 2 drinks
.
16 ounces of cold brew coffee
4 ounces of Torani Puremade Galaxy Syrup
6 ounces heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Freeze dried raspberry
Fresh Raspberries (optional)
Ice

Directions:
.
Fill glasses with ice.
Add cold brew coffee to each.
Add Torani Puremade Galaxy Syrup to each.
In a blender, blend the heavy cream and vanilla extract until thick- about 25 seconds.
Using a spoon, add vanilla cold foam to each.
Sprinkle with freeze dried raspberry & top with fresh raspberries- enjoy!
