• Your workout doesn’t have to be strenuous. Pick one skill that needs improvement and get to work. 

🚨 Here’s another tip you can never get enough shots up. So, shoot, shoot and SHOOT 🚨

• I was happy to help adore_jay.m with her shooting today. Saw her play last night and I knew it’s what she needed to work on the most. It’s not like she can’t shoot that’s not the issue. It’s a confidence thing along with some of her shooting mechanics that needed to be tweaked. Taught her some techniques that would help her become a better shooter and extend her range. The grey volleyball line was a challenge for her to shoot from but it won’t be for long 🙏🏾
