These days I try to get all my cardio in by 6AM in the gym, but I used to meet this crazy maniac mike_ryan_celebritytrainer at goldsgymvenice1 at 345AM and by 4AM we were hittin’ the iron— and talking shit all workout💪🏾😂

Great training partners are hard to find, when it comes to knowing how to push each other to the limit - and then just a little bit more. 

Mike’s a fitness legend, training beast and one of my best friends. (STD’s and all 😂💪🏾)

Whether it’s 345AM 🌞 or 12AM 🌙, we get after it hard and as always, have fun along the way.
