As of early 2023, Norway, France, Switzerland, and Germany have enacted Mandatory Human Rights Due Diligence (mHRDD) laws. The most robust mHRDD laws include penalties for failing to prevent forced labor in supply chains and offer legal recourse for affected individuals.
