Everyone say hey to Karli! 👋 Karli is a senior communications major from Powdersville, SC. Follow along on Stories as she celebrates graduation!

1. Why did you choose Clemson?
I’ve always lived near Clemson and enjoyed the strong fanbase of the school, but it wasn’t until I toured the campus during my senior year of high school that I realized I had to be here. That day was the first time I felt like I truly belonged somewhere. As my stepdad used to say, “The air in Clemson is just different,” and it is.

2. What 3 words describe your Clemson Experience?
Rewarding, Engaging, Unforgettable.

3. What has been your favorite part about being a social media strategy intern?
My favorite part about being a social media strategist intern was all the unique experiences this position has granted me. From being on the sidelines at football games, to going up into the bell tower, I would not have been able to see the more intimate side of Clemson had it not been for this opportunity. Not to mention, this role gave me great work experience and ultimately set up my career path. As I gear up to take my next steps, I am so grateful for this social media team who have been a driving force for me over the past two years.
