Virginians deserve access to comprehensive reproductive healthcare. Gov. Youngkin's proposed budget threatens the rights and well-being of low-income individuals. Specifically, Youngkin's budget includes language that would remove coverage for Virginians eligible for Medicaid to end pregnancies with fatal fetal diagnoses, like anencephaly, in which a baby is born without parts of the brain and skull 😳
