Ritu Raj Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Netaji Subhas University of Technology. 

During his first year as an Optica Ambassador, he hopes to encourage students to cultivate a passion for research by facilitating means for communication and collaboration through Optica Student Chapters. 

He’s interested in working across India to excite students about research and innovation opportunities in optics. 

At home, Ritu Raj is a seasoned cook. He loves cooking for his friends and family and is also a great dancer.
