💪🪩Delta Valley prides itself on being a fun and united fitness community - from the staff to the members. And we have quite a few triumphs in 2023 to back it:

⭐️ New trainers: @cdreifort @jdubliftss , @michellepowell.evans , and Bree Padilla!
⭐️New Equipment!:Stair masters, rowers, cable machines, squat racks, benches, hip thruster, recumbent bikes, bench presses, AND MORE!!
⭐️New men and women’s aquatics locker rooms!
⭐️Partnered with @eastcountyshred to help them bring their winter training indoors!
⭐️Voted #1 Place to Workout in Brentwood by @thepress_net 
⭐️#2 Swim Lessons in Brentwood
⭐️#3 Reformer Pilates Studio in Brentwood
⭐️ Hosted and coordinated our 3rd annual Trunk or Treat bringing together 1,500+ community members, 25 vendors, food trucks, facepainting, photo booth, car show, DJ DON, and more!

🙏 But this gym wouldn’t have been such a success in 2023 without our staff, trainers, instructors, and members. Our staff brings the fun and energy to this gym and youth center every single day. They are the lifeline and connection to our members that keep everyone motivated. 🙌Thank you to all of our staff for being the amazing people you are. And thank you to our members for committing to your fitness, health, and happiness each and every day you come here!
