Transformation starts with TRYING! 

H.O.T. (Humble Open Transparent) Moment
mrs.natalietodd and I ARE NOT trained professionals… but we are 2 people who were sick and tired of carrying extra weight, physically and emotionally and decided to give discipline a try. As of today we have collectively lost 120lbs 🤯🥹 🙌🏾 and we are committed to living a lifestyle that keeps us fit for purpose.

This ⬆️ is our first couples workout video 🫣😬… it’s not perfect but it is a progression step towards us helping thousands of people get healthy and eventually owning a Gym for the community where individuals can find “the pace of Grace” for their health. #STR////DE 

I had to post this before the year ended…because I’m not leaving this year without doing everything I know I’m supposed to do!
