Ingredients:​⁣
1/4 cup (2 oz) Guinevere Gin​⁣
1 Tbsp (.5 oz) lemon juice⁣
2 Tbsp (1 oz) simple syrup​⁣
6 Tbsp (3 oz) Champagne​⁣
⁣
Directions:​⁣
Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake about 15 sec; strain into champagne flute. Top with Champagne.
