A heavy convo but a necessary one…as the year comes to an end we couldn’t turn the page without sitting down one last time and pivoting only the way we can.

Recently, Former nfl running back Rashard Mendenhall made headlines for a controversial tweet that sparked many opinions, but beyond the headlines, is a story of struggle that needed to be released and we are grateful for Rashard sitting down with us to share.

r_mendenhall opening up is a reminder to us all that we never know what one is dealing with and the toll it takes on a person, their family or even the role we may play in the pain…

If there is one thing you can do before heading into 2024, check out this Pivot and let it guide us into a new year with open hearts and freedom of self. realrclark fredtaylor channingcrowder #pivot #mendenhall #steelers #holiday #newyear #nfl #podcast
