My last recipe for 2023. I attempted a not from scratch Baked Alaska cake for the first time. I went for a Biscoff crust, strawberry and vanilla ice cream, lemon curd and fresh raspberries. My family really loved it, although personally I think it has room for improvements. Let’s leave it to 2024. With this festive dessert I wish you Happy New Year!
