I love this time of year because it’s an opportunity to pause and reflect. I’m one of those people that’s always on the go, always moving, and far too often doesn’t stop and take stock of what’s going right and what’s going wrong in my life. But at the end of each year, I always pause and look at the positive changes that I’ve made and the many things I still have to work on - and there are many! 😂 Here’s some things I will be  leaving behind in 2023.
