It’s feature Thursday time, so meet Gaylord student, Luke Hackett! 

Luke is majoring in public relations and expecting to graduate in 2025. He also serves as a Gaylord Ambassador. 

His favorite memory of Gaylord is napping in the Professional Writing Alcove. “Gaylord is a family, and every family has a home, so being able to nap on its couches is a true testament to this.” 

Luke’s advice for incoming and prospective students is trust the process. “Gaylord’s programs will prepare you to embark into any industry, so buying in and trusting that your professors will set you up for success wherever you land is a must.” 

Outside of class, he enjoys watching OU football and Oklahoma City Thunder basketball.
