My favorite outfield drill is range balls. I like to challenge myself to make hard plays in practice so that I feel confident when those types of balls are hit to me in the game. 

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙨 𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙧?
• A good first step is a crucial aspect in getting an aggressive jump that allows you to read and react to the ball off the bat.
• Putting yourself in a position to move through the ball so that you are able to generate momentum towards your target for a strong and accurate throw.
• Gaining as much knowledge as you can before the game and before every pitch so that you are best prepared to make a play. Knowing the speed of runners, the field conditions, where your teammates are positioned, hitter tendencies, and the current situation are all pieces of information that can help you in making smart game decisions.

I would prefer to make a diving catch with the game on the line because for me personally, it’s my favorite thing to do. We practice diving plays all the time just for the rare opportunity to make a catch like that
