𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 “𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙠 𝙞𝙣” 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙?
I lock in by focusing on myself and the catcher.  I block out any distractions and visualize my pitches one at a time. 

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙨 𝙤𝙣 𝙜𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨?
I have a routine that I do in between every pitch so I  stay in the groove.  My routine keeps me confident and concentrated throughout the game.
